About:
Along the Schuylkill River, Fairmount Water Works was built between 1812 and 1872 to provide safe, clean drinking water to a city on the cusp of remarkable growth and was in operation until 1909. Fairmount Water Works now houses a restaurant and an interpretive center that educates the public about local watershed history.

- 9/8 Barks on Tap PAWS Fundraiser 5 to 10 pm | Party with the Pup for this community dog party where 100% of beverage proceeds will go PAWS - hosted by the Tuttleman Family Foundation and Parks on Tap
- 9/10 Maha Yoga at Parks on Tap 12 to 1 pm | Outdoor yoga is pay what you can and is every Saturday with Maha at Parks on Tap locations. Picnic at the park post-savasana!

Accessible via SEPTA bus route 38 located at Art Museum Dr. and Back Entrance.

Limited parking available at Waterworks Drive parking lot off of Kelly Drive. Paid parking available at the Philadelphia Museum of Art garage off of Anne d’Harnoncourt Drive.
